There is powerful double meaning behind the name The Caliber Collection®. The first is the caliber of a gun. The second is how the caliber of a city is raised when illegal guns are taken off its streets. As a continuation of their devoted and comprehensive efforts to eradicate illegal gun violence from the streets of their city, the Detroit Police Department and Rock Ventures have collaborated with Caliber Collection to create a virtuous cycle using the serial numbers from premise weapons and metal from shell casings. The result is Caliber Detroit.
